We recently changed our booking system to improve our online services.
If you have previously booked tickets via the Aldeburgh Music website and are logging into our new system for the first time in order to book, you need to create a new password for your account.
If we don’t have your email address or you are booking online for the first time, please create a new account.

Our Box Offices are at 152 Aldeburgh High Street (open Monday to Friday, 10am–1pm and 2pm–4.30pm) and at Snape Maltings Concert Hall (open Monday to Sunday, 10am–4.30pm and two hours prior to concerts at Snape).
A 10% discount is available for groups of 12 or more.
All discounts are made subject to availability, and discounts cannot be combined.
We are happy to re-sell returned tickets for sold-out concerts. A 10% handling charge will be deducted from your refund. We may be able to exchange tickets within the same concert season. A charge of 50p per ticket will be made for this service.
Friends and Advance Booking List
You will receive a booking form with your brochure. These forms are processed in order of receipt, according to membership level. Send your completed form back as soon as possible to: Box Office, Snape Maltings Concert Hall, Snape, Suffolk IP17 1SP.
Please inform the Box Office if you have access requirements so that they may advise you on the most appropriate seats. A 50% concession is available to companions of wheelchair users.
Blue/Orange badge holders can reserve parking adjacent to the Concert Hall for events at Snape by calling the Box Office on 01728 687110.
Snape Maltings Concert Hall and the Hoffmann Building have lift access to all levels. An infrared hearing system is available in the Concert Hall, and both infrared and induction loop hearing systems are available in the Britten Studio and Jerwood Kiln Studio in the Hoffmann Building.
