All music events until the end of April are cancelled, and the shops and cafes are temporarily closed in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. The site at Snape Maltings is still open for those who want to enjoy the fresh air and expansive natural environment of the River Alde estuary. More info

Festival First-Timers

Never been before? Try the Aldeburgh Festival for £10

With energising performances and opportunities to immerse yourself in nature, art and music, Aldeburgh Festival provides a lot more than you would expect from a classical music festival.

As part of a commitment to making our work accessible to as many people as possible, we are encouraging those who have not been before to try something new by offering £10 tickets for first-time attenders during the festival.

If you have not booked with us before, please log in or create an account on our system before making your booking.

If you are on our mailing list, you will have an account, but you may not have a password. Reset your password using the link on the your account page.

Once you are logged in, you can select the Book Now button on any event and see the seats we’ve reserved for first-time bookers marked with a star. For concerts in churches, seats will be held in the unreserved sections. Choose the ones you want and carry on with your booking.
