The Nash Ensemble

Part of Summer at Snape

Debussy and Ravel introduce us to sensuous sound worlds of rippling harp-led textures – Debussy's cool and timeless, Ravel’s bright and vibrant. In between, Claire Booth joins to give the first performance with a live audience of Colin Matthews’ new song cycle , which sets poems by the English poet Sidney Keyes, who died in WWII aged just 20.
