Classes programmed to use Stott Pilates 5 basic principles to encourage improved core strength, posture, co-ordination and balance. Resulting in less tension, better ease of movement and less risk of injury in daily activities and exercise.

Suitable for all levels. Class times 10am-11am or 11.15am -12.15pm.

Susan, originally from East Anglia, has recently returned from more than 25 years living and instructing dance and Pilates in the Middle East. Most recently instructing at the Real Pilates award winning Stott Pilates Licensed Training Centre, Dubai.

She is a Stott Certified Instructor in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Barrels, Total Barre, Merrithew Fascial Movement and Injuries in Special Populations.

Susan is pleased to be able to pass on her knowledge and expertise to help others achieve Mindful Movement through Stott Pilates method in the Snape Tack Room workshops.
