This series of 3 workshops is all about experiencing mindfulness. You will be taken through a range of mindfulness based exercises, including breathing, deep listening, guided observation and mindful walking, all designed to help you truly relax. There will be an opportunity during the session for refreshments and discussion/Q&A.
