The exhibition will bring together a broad range of Benney’s eclectic work that includes paintings, resin works, digital screens and projection.

Benney continues to explore the personal and mystical themes that have occupied him throughout his career. His dark, highly personal and symbolic paintings explore the shadowlands of the soul, examples of which have been acquired by many prominent institutions including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, USA and the National Portrait Gallery.

Paul Benney’s work will be shown in several spaces at Snape, including within the derelict buildings.
