Exhibition: Louise Mock and Clare Rizzo
Thursday 27 June - Wednesday 3 July
Louise Mock works in ceramics and glass-work largely inspired by the natural environment. Clare Rizzo works in watercolour and oils inspired largely by Suffolk scenes and wildlife.
Louise will be exhibiting hand-built and thrown white stoneware and porcelain ceramics alongside sculptural, smoke-fired forms. In addition, some of her fused glass work will be shown. Inspiration for much of both her ceramics and glass work comes from the natural environment.
Clare paints local Suffolk scenes in watercolour and, new this year, some studies of birds in their environment. Occasionally, watercolours from visits elsewhere such as the view of Tenby harbour. Her oils are usually of local wildlife scenes such as hidden spots on the Deben.
