Peter Pears Gallery, Aldeburgh

For over 30 years Britten and Pears were both passionate about visual art in every aspect of their lives, whether on display as part of the Aldeburgh Festival, as covers for sheet music, for set and costume designs, or in their own home.

This exhibition, featuring works by artists including Mary Potter, John Piper, Henry Lamb, and Francis Newton Souza, offers a glimpse of some of the treasures they loved, enjoyed and shared.
