Part of The Dome Stage
A blend of African traditions, hip hop and jazz
Nigerian-born saxophonist and composer Camilla came up through Tomorrow’s Warriors, became a core member of Jazz Jamaica and has developed a powerful and joyous style of her own, working with a band that features keyboard player Sarah Tandy, bassist Daniel Casimir, drummer Rod Youngs, and some of the strongest voices on the London new jazz scene.
Arrive early and make yourself comfortable
At the Dome Stage our ‘doors’ open at 4.45pm, and the earlier you arrive, the more choice of seating you will have. There is tiered bleacher seating or you can sit on the grass. We encourage you to bring blankets or cushions to make sure you’re comfortable, and we if you want to sit on the grass, you can bring folding chairs as well.
The Dome Stage provides cover for artists but not audience members. Events will go ahead in the rain except in cases of extreme weather. Do look at the weather forecast and dress appropriately.
Britten Pears Arts will be running a free minibus service to and from Dome Stage events. Book your seat here.
If you decide you are not going to use your tickets
