At Snape Maltings we are passionate about supporting local food & drink producers and offer an array of foodie delights, from seasonal fresh produce grown just a stone’s throw from the Maltings to much-loved Suffolk jams, chutneys and sauces.  The Food Hall is also home to a wide range of delicious products and flavours from around the UK and overseas; the finest Italian olive oil sits alongside authentic Malaysian curry pastes and creamy Cornish fudge.  We also stock a unique range of wines and spirits, many of which are produced locally.

Whether you’re looking for the very best Suffolk sausages, award-winning freshly-baked bread or a bespoke hamper, you will find all this and much more in our Food Hall and Fresh Food Pantry.

Aspall Cyder

In 1728, Clement Chevallier planted the first large-scale cyder orchards in Suffolk. Clement nurtured his trees, then pressed and blended his apples, pioneering a new standard for British fine cyder. Almost 300 years on, Aspall are still producing unparalleled cyder at the original Aspall Cyder House in Debenham, Suffolk. As well as world-class cyders, Aspall also produce a range of quality cyder vinegars which increasingly enjoy global acclaim for quality and excellence.
