No.4 The Courtyard

On entering the Courtyard via either the secure underground car park or by the main entrance there is a sense of being part of a secret place. The apartment is light and very well furnished – perfect for a short break or a longer stay when the beautiful surrounding areas can be explored at leisure. Access to the apartment is by an oak staircase leading to the second floor of a malt house which retains many of the original features enhancing the high standard of decoration throughout the property. The spacious roof terrace with seating allows for the perfect setting for relaxing.

Second Floor

The hall opens onto the open plan living area. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge with a freezer under, a BOSCH dishwasher, induction hob, cooker and microwave with storage cupboards and a wonderful oak work surface which runs the length of the area. There is a breakfast bar which provides an appropriate divide for the dining area – table and four chairs leading onto the seating area. Here there is a sofa with two arm chairs, a TV with Freeview and a selection of DVDs as well as books.
There is a large cupboard in the hall which contains the washer dryer, iron and board. Along the corridor there is a twin bedded room with bedside tables and lamps and a built in wardrobe. Next is the family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and basin.

At the end of the corridor there is the master bedroom with high sloping ceiling. There is a double bed with tables either side and lamps. This leads into the ensuite shower, WC and basin.

Third Floor

The study has two armchairs and a large glass door leading onto the roof terrace where there is a table and chairs.

The heating is under floor which is supplied by a bio-mass boiler on site. There is secure underground parking for one car with ample free parking on the site.
