This three storey house is part of a converted Maltings building which has wonderful views across the marshes. All the furnishings are to a very high standard throughout the property. The ground floor is made up of a bedroom with a daybed and a single bed, a family bathroom and a TV/DVD room that has French doors leading directly to the garden area. This room contains a double sofa bed. The next floor accessed by oak stairs, has a twin bed room, a loo and hand basin and the master king bedroom which is ensuite.

The stairs up to the third floor open onto the open plan living area. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge freezer, a BOSCH dishwasher, induction hob, cooker and microwave oven. There are plenty of storage cupboards and a wonderful oak work surface for the kitchen area. There is an extending dining table and chairs. The comfortable seating area has a leather sofa and two arm chairs with a coffee table. There is a TV/DVD and sound system. The bi-fold glass doors open onto the balcony from which the views are delightful. The property is furnished to a standard with muted colours to reflect the outside in. High quality linen is provided along with towels.

The property has the benefits of WiFi. There is constant hot water and under floor heating which is provided by a bio-mass boiler on site. A well behaved dog is welcome (there is an additional charge of £20 for the dog).

There is under cover car parking in the cart lodge which is to the side of the Iken View properties. There is ample car parking on site for any additional cars.
