A fun and friendly singing group for people living with Parkinson’s and their companions.

Skylarks (Sing to Beat Parkinson’s) groups use techniques based on years of research to help those with Parkinson’s to maintain or improve their psychological and physical wellbeing through taking part in regular singing activity. New members, partners and friends always welcome, no previous singing experience required.

The East Suffolk Skylarks STBP singing group is returning (digitally) after almost a year’s hiatus.

East Suffolk Skylarks sessions are held on Thursday mornings, at 10:30am and are one hour long. They will be hosted digitally by Britten Pears Arts and Amy Mallett on Zoom.

Digital sessions will continue into the summer, until a time where we can safely host them again in person, further details regarding this will be updated here when confirmed.

If you wish to attend any of these sessions or find out more about the group, please register your interest by emailing and we will send you a Zoom link the day before the session.

Sessions are free but if you wish to donate to help support our work, you can do so via this link: Donate via the website
