Snape Bridge on the B1069 will be closed from Monday 19 October for two weeks. We will remain open but please be aware that If you are travelling from the north side of the bridge, you will need to follow a diversion and allow an extra 20 minutes for your journey. Participate

Friendly and fun music making sessions for the local community

Born out of our Carer and Cared-For initiative, Participate is an inclusive, creative music making workshop which brings together people of all ages from across the community in a supportive and friendly environment.

We meet once a month for a two-hour session in the Trask Cafe located in the Britten-Pears Building here at Snape Maltings. There are two sessions a day, at 10:30am-12:30pm and 2pm-4pm.

Each month we are led by different artists, each bringing something new and exciting for us to take part in. Expect to play, sing, listen and join in with a variety of musical games and activities that are fun and accessible to everyone – no musical experience required!

The sessions are open to anyone and everyone – to join us please book tickets in advance through our box office. If you have any questions or are interested in finding out more, please contact learning@snapemaltings.co.uk
