Permanent, full time, salary £18 – 19k
As part of the administration team, this role supports our Music Programme teams who work in the community, with young and developing musicians and residencies as well as producing our performance programme
Acting as the main point of contact for all enquiries this role is very varied providing general admin support, including booking travel and accommodation, processing and reconciling invoices, setting up rehearsal and performance spaces, manual and digital record keeping, arranging DBS checks and ensuring that resources such as musical instruments are properly maintained.
This role would suit candidates wanting to move into arts administration, and who have current or very recent experience gained in a busy admin role which has also included booking travel, venue hire and accommodation. The ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines without compromising accuracy is essential along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and ideally Teams/Sharepoint.
